"The chateau (built end 13th century) is beautiful and authentic. It is surrounded by a moat and a lovely park. It is full of historic artefacts and decorations. We stayed in the donjon and it felt like stepping back in history. The 3 bedrooms are very authentic. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is modern. It has a great swimming pool which we had to ourselves. The breakfast was nice. We definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a stay in a historic castle."

"Incredible building, historic castle chateau in rural France. Owner very friendly and gave a guided tour on our arrival. Staff friendly and breakfast was lovely. Good location not far from Broglie and Bernay, and was easy to get to Autoroute."

"The chateau is absolutely stunning - set in rural countryside with apple orchards and a tree-lined driveway. The chateau is surrounded by gardens and a moat with a wooden bridge for guests to enter the courtyard and buildings. It was originally built in the 13th century and is steeped in so much history with ornaments and artefacts on display. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and the main master bedroom was very impressive - a huge room with a four poster bed and a balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds. The pool was fantastic and we had it to ourselves for a morning swim. Breakfast was delicious - as was the cider that they make from apples grown in their orchards! Would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a B&B in a historical, rural French chateau!"
